I am a 24-year pro wrestling veteran and have traveled the world performing and have worked for all of the top promotions, including WWE and am currently an active member of the AEW roster. I am known for my tag team alongside J.D. Drake where we are known as the Workhorsemen, and I have taken the work ethic that gave us our namesake and implemented it into my fitness business, Workhorse Fitness. In addition to my pro wrestling experience, I also hold a Master Degree in Exercise Science as well as several certifications through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) including a CPT and CNS.
